I had a great week away in Dorset with the family and did absolutely no excercise at all! Needless to say it was a bit of a struggle to get back on the rower, especially in the heat, but I managed 10,000m on Monday and again on Tuesday. Yesterday's row was interrupted by a car fire, but i noted the time and distance covered and managed to finish off when i got back. Day off today - back on the rower tomorrow. Total rowed so far is 140,000m. Total raised excluding gift aid stands at £860.
